It's a concept F1 car from Fioravanti:

I had a track bike very similar to that one in the late 70's, all the way down to the brooks leather saddle. I did use clip-on cleats, those straps are a little outdated.

Looks pretty state of the art to me.... high flange hubs, heavy gauge AND tied spokes for stiffness and I don't see wheel quick releases either. Just about the way my Benotto track bike was set up although I used double sets of straps so the feet would not pull out!

Man, what an unfortunate name for a car. Gumpert.

other than the drivers door being a little bent that car is beautiful. I'd hate to be the one who had to block sand that.

it's a 3.125 crank in a 4.0030 bore. you can use a 289 or 302 block. There's a coupe places you have to notch the block. You can also do a 3.250 Strock for a 347 motor (same size engine as a Chevy "350" or Ford "351" )

If you're adding stroke you can't spin the engine as high of rpm due to foot speed . My engine had a 7k rev limit It made peak hp at 6,450 rpm.

The day that it was dynoed, it only had 40-50 miles on it and it wasn't tuned.

After tunning we got it to 364 at the rear if I remember
