The inside of the hangar is designed to look like a series of store fronts. The stores include a Movie theater, a 1950's style cafe, a race shop (with slot car track), a bait and tackle store, a tiki bar and more. The parking area accommodates 8 cars comfortably.

The Engineering Division of Lotus, a former British brand now acquired by the Malay holding Proton, is gearing up research on environmentally friendly cars.
