i just found out where this car is again, shouldn't have let it go so cheap the first time.. We used to watch this car at Brainerd in the 80's/90's. It was sooo fast for a 2liter..

Cool photo of the Phantom (the world's only supersonic locomotive) & what appear to be F-100 Super Sabres (?). Any idea on the date of that pic & if they (the F-100's) are what I think they are?

Definitely taken in SEA (Southeast Asia) and yes, those are F-100D Super Sabres. The Phantom is a C-model with its radome heavily tarnished by the hot sun and humidity--and probably many a supersonic run in those conditions!
