It's a 41 Buick sedan delivery, and you are correct in that they never made a 41 Buick sedan delivery.
It's a "work in progress" looking for a good, or any other, home. Plenty of parts go with the project. Will make a very unique street rod. John is asking $3k, as is. I got the feeling he is open to offers.
