siegfried and roy... donuts.

the last three paragraphs are absolute class. "the tiger was dragging him by the neck, with his fangs through his carotid, because roy was having a mini stroke and the tiger was saving his life." these guys have become caricatures of themselves.

On one hand, I applaud what they are doing for Tiger conservation, or at least what they appear to be doing, but

c'mon, the tiger was dragging him to the safety of it's stomach.

Animals are highly tuned in to injury/illness on the part of others.

Because they make easier prey.

well, i think they have the sequence of events slightly wrong. the tiger went tiger on roy and bit through his neck. the damage to the artery(s) then gave him a hypoxic brain injury, due to lack of blood flowing to his brain.

Cats grab the female by the back of the neck when mating??????????http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/im...milies/gay.gif

IIRC didn't the video show show him bonking the tiger on the nose with his mike just before the tiger attracted?

I know bonking my little monster on the nose will prompt him to strike back at me.

But my tiger weighs in at around 15lbs not 380.

Since we're talkin' cats. . .

Here's one of my clan - does that look like the face of someone who wants to be bonked in the nose with a microphone? Or for that matter of someone who would stick a fang through your jugular?

This one however will. If you taunt her. Don't let the cute looks fool you - if she gets annoyed she's 10 pounds of fuzzy lethality. . .

Isn't that pretty standard for dispatching their prey?

Just like the LAPD choke hold.
