Is this post in reference to the Patriots, who managed an EPIC CHOKE FOR THE AGES in the last superbowl?

That game was great. In all my life i've never seen a team choke so bad. You'll always have that Bostoners! No one can take it away. ;)

I especially like how the Dixie chicks will go on, as this administration fades into the worst in history. Now if only some of their sister suckling, momma fondling, closeted loyal republican fan base would follow suit.

they didn't diss the country when it was down Mark, they dissed the leader that was taking it down, and down, and down still further.

A patriot is somebody that questions leaders and does something about it, political speech or actions, just something.

A loyalist is somebody that does nothing despite how wrong they know it is.

You know with some of the loyalist republicans tagging along with this administration, they could get caught with a male prostitute in the whitehouse and you would say nothing. Ohh yeah, they did.

I think at a time like that it's the same thing. We can agree to disagree on that point. I do agree that Bush has not shown any leadership qualities of late. He should be on national tv nightly telling the people what the admin is doing to curb this crap. But when you're a greedy capitalist you are not going to trash other greedy capitalists, (unless they are trying to get their hands on his stack :D )

True story: Around 1999-2000

My old neighborhood was/is home to Natalie Maines' parents, they lived just around the corner. A lady whom I worked with, who later became my boss's wife, also lived just around the corner from me. After a vacation she came home to a package on the door step, and naturally, she didn't check who it was for because she lives alone. Well it turns out that it was not for her, but it was for Natilies' parents and inside is a golden record or album, frisbee, whatever you call those things. She delivers the package to the correct address the next day and immediately apologizes for opening it and not checking it first. The Maines' got a little bit irate and laid into her. She left knowing the right thing to have done would have been to ebay it.

Some people are just selfish, rude, and downright disgusting, the Maines' fit the bill.

Maybe some of your SO's saw the trading spaces show with the Maines but there was no house trading? We had a good running joke about that in the neighborhood. Nobody was willing to let the Maines' in their house.:D
