356/1 Replica?
 

For all of the Porsche kit cars now being produced (Speedster, Spyder, 904), I'm a little surprised no one has produced a kit, or even built a one off, based on 356/1. It's still a great looking car 60 years later, and it would certainly turn some heads driving it around.

The tube frame shouldn't be difficult these days, and you could probably make the body out of fiberglass (unlike the original aluminum). Plus, you'd have a light, mid-engine car.
