Just watched the mens relay..

what percent do you think most of these athletes have?

my digiscale puts me at 15%

They are probably around 5% (for men). Any lower and it's not healthy.

the swimming relay or the running relay???

swimmers will have a LOT more body fat usually

so do dolphins...
