New Star Wars Movie
Hey guys,
Was thinking of checking out the new Star Wars movie, as my girlfriend and I are big fans. Was going to go to a drive-in last night, but after reading a questionable review, and having a full day, we decided to chill and just watch Return of the Jedi at home. She gave me the response for the first time that she would watch it if I got it for home  (although I havent found that yet other than a Spanish cam)So is it worth going out to the theater to see it. She was bothered that it wasn't even a Fox production. Seems like it might be too much capitalism.

Just watch the one's from the seventies and eighties, then move on. Too many movies to see than just repeating them over and over again.
Or soon you'll be visiting conventions with this guy!

Its a cartoon and we took the 4.5 and 15 y/o Saturday. Its not worth the money unless your totally into it.
I wondered out loud to my wife why this was just not released for TV. Next time one comes out I'll wait for the DVD and save admission for 4 people.

I read that this is actually the beginning of a new TV series. They packaged the first 3 episodes into movie form, and are making their money and getting their publicity.

If it was on TV I would watch it it was well made and had a decent story line.

The 9 year old next door described it as "phenomenal." My daughter is going nuts to see it. Based on the yahoo reviews it looks like it's definitely aimed at younger kids. We'll see it at the Sunday matinee for $5. There's no way I'd pay regular movie prices.
