looking at a new job...
So I'm looking at a new job... still in educational technology, but for a different college. Still doing what I'm currently doing basically, but this could mean a 25-75% raise for me...

cool, sounds like a good move.
I just made a similar move about 4 months ago. I've been working 60hrs a week at the new job which means that I've gotten a 125% raise, but when we settle down to something more like 40-45 hours, it'll be about 75%.
