Most likely the Cubans will be washed to the beaches of FL. & the US would be the 1st to resond anyway, as we have a base there & it is only 90 miles off our coast.

Sorta hard to compare a hurricane to the Russian invasion of a soverign democratic country, isn't it?

Since the Russians "captured" our unguarded equipment and took it back to Moscow...what was the alternative?
