My boss called me today and apparently I have 180 hours of vacation I have to use up before the end of the year (darn what a shame)

What should I do? I thought about going on a cruise but I already did that once... Give me some ideas Y'all

Four and a half weeks of Racing School.

I am Single and going alone. I would love to go backpacking that's something that appeals to me.

Backpacking Europe...

Or Central/South America. 'old man neri' recently backpacked in Guatemala & had a great time alone.

Rent a Harley or exotic car in Vegas, ride through nevada, arizona and Utah and return. Did that on a Harley in 2000. 3000 miles in 10 days. Fun, relaxing and got to see part of America that everyone should see - the Grand Canyon.

Other suggestions - riding the Pacific Coast Highway, Alasks, the Florida keys, the abacos islands, London, Amsterdam, Montreal.

I have dreams like this sometimes.

Train to Seattle then SF. Drive up to Yosemite. John Muir trail to Mt Whitney. Catch some fish. Drive to So Cal for flight to Minneapolis.

If you're able, backpack or Eurorail pass Europe. Go to Budapest and Prague.

Greyhound unlimited pass and a backpack.

Dude, load up the 911 and go on a tour meeting all the Pelicans you can!

I could use some help moving....Just entertain my wife and I'll be OK......

Forget "backpacking" in Europe (a misnomer in this former professional alpine guide's opinion), go to Southeast Asia and do some traveling there. Live like a king on $250/week. Go to a new country every week. Rinse and repeat.
