The heels keep the calves flexed, which increases blood flow to the legs, and gives the appearance of a nice set of legs. Also, have you ever actually seen a porn where the girls don't wear shoes? The sets are absolutely filthy --the bottoms are the girls feet are *black* with dirt and nastiness.

To stay on topic: I wear Ariat cowboy boots and boot socks all day, every day. Most comfortable footwear ever.
