Very nice well set up BMW 1M:

Now with a one-off full carbon fiber roof:

Saved around 50lbs up high.

Can you feel the difference in the lighter roof?

stealthn 06-19-2013 10:59 AM

I'll play... Some of our basement work.

I don't drive other peoples cars hard enough to tell the difference myself. The shop I work at as done quite a few e46 M3s and from what I hear there is a noticeable difference.

Now that I think about it, this car didn't come with a sunroof so it probably didn't loose that much weight. It probably lost more weight going from a steel trunk lid to a CF one. It looks nice though and accents all of the other CF parts.

I want to see more of the Pantera thats hiding in the bay.... ;)

HHI944 06-19-2013 06:29 PM

+1 and good eye sid!

I love Panteras!

David McLaughlin 06-19-2013 07:07 PM

I don't think anyone took pics of the Pantera. This was a nice car. It has a repaint some 20 years ago and needed some touch ups. Mostly just needed a good buff and polish. I don't see how people drive these. The pedals are so close together I swear I could push all three with one foot.
