Merry Christmas to all.........

Woke up to her in a Santa hat. Christmas music on. Dogs with red bows. Presents under the tree. We will make our annual Christmas run to parents graves and put up lighted trees for them,, on to the brothers house to deliver presents, lunch at the Amish joint, on to my gun buddies house to visit them and the dogs will play with his dogs. On to my drummers to deliver some cheer. Home to nap and then we open our gifts in front of the fire tonight. Tomorrow dinner and gift exchange with her family. Playing a Christmas gig on Saturday night. The kids and grandkids come in from Cleveland on Sunday for dinner, gifts and to watch the Steelers murder the Browns.

All is good for one moment in time. I feel very peaceful and happy.

Merry Christmas to all my brothers here and thanks to you all for your friendship, guidance and support through this very trying year.

Jack seems to be a good pup name these days.

LOL, I've had dogs almost all my life and everyone has had the same name: doggy (or dog for short).
Once I had two dogs at the same time and that got confusing, I had to call them big dog and little dog. SmileWavy

We've always named our dogs, but I remember having a few cats when I was a kid. One was named Peanuts, but the others were just called Kitty.

George Foreman has little imagination. He named all 5 of his sons George.

Sounds like you'll have a wonderful Christmas. My wife has to work until 9 pm tonight (ugh!) with the inlaws, and their fox terrier, from Az showing up around 6(double ugh!). I call their dog the "no fun dog". It's a few years older and wants nothing to do with Quincy. Tomorrow it's the wife's entire clan over for dinner and enjoy the kids. The years are slipping by and the youngest kid now is 9.

Christmas and kids and dogs make all the hassle worthwhile. ;)

I do get a special bonus this year. My nephew is chief mechanic on a tug that pulls gasoline barges up and down the pacific coast. He will be in LA harbor Christmas morning. I'll go get him and get to spend most of the day, but have to get him back later tomorrow. He has 2 young kids and a wife in Washington that won't have him for Christmas. Glad I can see him while he's here.

Yes.

We thought long and hard about it.

Jack is a good, solid name.

No BS. Not cute. No image to live up to.

The kind of name I would want if I were a dog.

Merry Christmas!

Lost four pines on our driveway last night in high winds, power out but generator went on, got it all cleaned up this morning.

Peace on Earth! We can only hope.
