Pelican Parts- excellent customer service
I have been a Pelicanite for many years now but they never cease to amaze me with their excellent service. In the past week or so I have placed two orders, I'm amazed how quickly a email confirmation shows up with order details including estimated delivery date. Then within 24 hours or so you get the tracking number. This is how ALL companies should be run !!! Then to top it off today I receive a happy birthday email from them
Great job Wayne and keep up the good work.

I just placed my first ever order w/ Pelican and I agree. I had to call and ask a question before placing the order online. I have a timer on my office phone and it took 31 seconds for me to talk with a live customer service rep who answered my question in less than 10 secs. Good service.

They charge a little more but I have never experienced such customer service in my 59 years. These folks went out of their to obtain a factory sticker that all others stated was not available.
The updates on shipping, customer satisfaction rating quiz..........they care. The free website when I have a problem. Our goverment could use a few tips from this owner.

"Charge a little more" is relative.
Actually, I never paid more at Pelican than I would have anywhere else.

I've always found Pelican to be pretty competitive. In addition, I never have the worry of purchasing some sub-standard quality part made to look like a factory piece. Even though I'm on the East Coast, Pelican is my first choice, even over going to the local Porsche repair house to see if they have it in stock.

THE standard of excellence. If I was in the car parts biz, Pelican would be my benchmark.

PP is good. I ordered two parts from Wayne Sunday night, The first showed up today, I think the other should show up via USPS tomorrow.
FedEx is another story... When the first box arrived, I was sitting on my couch and all of a sudden, I hear something at my door. I look over and I see a box fly by my window. The FedEx guy tossed the box up to my front door (Above ground by about 8 steps). He apparently missed the first time - that's why I looked towards the window. WTF? Why could he have not walked up the stairs and knock on the door? The part is not fragile, but it was rattling around in the box a little. There was a note attached to the box, saying that FedEx tried to deliver my package, but left it at the door. I think FedEx tried for a three pointer on delivery!
