Poll: Redheads
 

I'm curious. I've known guys who are WILD about redheads, and other guys who prefer blondes, brunettes, etc. Of the guys who are not necessarily WILD about redheads, I wonder if those guys still appreciate them highly, even if they prefer a blonde or whatever. That is the reason for the three options. Thank you in advance for voting.

Bonus joke: Do you know why blondes have more fun? Because there are not enough redheads to go around.:D

I can't say I have ever cared that much about a woman's hair color... I guess my "type" is "female."

I remember years ago when a hurricane had blown thru the Carolinas (Andrew maybe?). They were interviewing a guy who had lost his home and the reporter asked him how he was dealing with it. He replied "I served 2 tours in Vietnam and was married to a redhead. This is a walk in the park." Cracked me up.

If the collar and cuffs match, one of my wildest dreams. Live with one? Nope. I have a few female friends that are real redheads and they ARE a firey bunch. Too hot headed for me.

Exactly. Hair color doesn't matter at all... my whole life, when sparks flew with a woman, it was independent of hair color. I imagine it's the same from a woman's point of view.

I think redheads can get a raw deal sometimes however. I read something a while back analyzing that many times it's rougher on a redheaded kid (of either sex) growing up because they're "different," and they get picked on more.

So maybe that translates into "attitude" or "chip on the shoulder" later in life.

Good thing about redheads?

Tell me about it. My wife is a Puerto Rican redhead, and I have the bruises to prove it.

Joanna, My wife is 1/2 German 1/2 Italian, 100% redhead.

I can tll you that if you throw a jar of pasta sauce on a tile floor the splater will fly at least 24' in all directions! Walls are the limiting factors.

She's the reason that I do not own a German or Italian made car:D

For me it's like a moth to a flame.......hot as h3ll for awhile and then poof! I can honestly say that real Irish redheads are my poison, but I cannot deal with the day-to-day drama.

HOTTEST! 4 of my 6 serious girlfriends in my life were natural redheads...they just do it for me. The uniqueness, fair skin, freckles, and fiery persona are intoxicating.

My wife of almost 2 years now is mostly German, natural strawberry blond with green eyes...pure heaven. :D I think her stoic German genes help balance her redheaded blood, because she is far more level-headed than the other ones I dated.

I dated two redheads named Shannon in a row. The nice thing was not messing up the second one's name. The bad thing was how bad the fights were. Oh, and redheads have really thick pubes and I like a soft bush.
