Bringing back memories from my childhood (also here in N Florida) of the old man that lived across from the bus stop - he'd icicle up a few trees every year. So we had to do it for our kids last night...

It was 25 this morning at 7:00am in driveway. Frost was on the roofs and on the ground.
I hope I remember this in August. |
It was so cold this morning that my wife had to warm up the truck for me.

Hit low 20s yesterday (Thurs AM) and this morning as well... we set the hose up last night around 9pm... by 10, we had icicles 4 inches long...

Last night I shoveled 2 feet of snow off of the roof of my garage... it was -14*C outside. :(

good thing we have citrus here and i dont have to rely on this years crop from florida for my morning orange juice!
citrus farmers are screwed when it freezes like that. |
