Getting Plastic Surgery Next Wednesday

Boob job!

Just kidding.

I had a consult today for a cyst I have on the bridge of my nose. It's not externally visible and I've had it for at least a decade. It's grown slowly over the years and is now about 1.5 cm wide. The problem is that it makes wearing glasses difficult as it causes them to slide down my nose.

Going to the plastic surgeon's office was a weird experience, as it was filled with pamphlets on boob jobs, botox, etc...

I have to take a full day off of work as they are putting me under. The surgeon gave me the option of doing the procedure in his office under local anesthesia, but advised against it as I would have to remain very still for the procedure and he felt doing the surgery at the hospital would lessen the chance of problems during surgery.

Listen to the Doc. Pass on the boobs and botox :>)

It's all fun and games until you wake up with a pair of double-Ds.

If the insurance picks up for it, I'd do the same day surgery at the hospital!
I had a similar procedure done that way last September... No problem!!

Had a deviated septum repair done about 20 years ago, as in most surgical recovery, ice is your friend, first 72 hours especially

have him give you the "David Hasselhoff" nose

Times are tough. Can't they throw in "adding a few inches" as a perk since you're giving 'em some business? This is a Porsche owner's forum ya know - so by default we all need a little extra length, right? ;) J/K

Couldnīt you just wear lenses instead?

Kidding. Best of luck!
