Its nice that you have the son and grandson to help you still be with a part of her. Give them a big hug. Sounds like you two had a heck of a ride.

My condolences to you and yours, Fritz. Thank you for sharing your sorrow. Battling this hideous disease for 25 years showed her strength and determination. Very sorry.

Sorry to hear about your loss. You now have an angel on your shoulder for the rest of your life. You will never be alone as long as she is in your heart.

Dennis Kalma 03-23-2009 11:40 AM

Fritz, I was most saddened to hear of your wife's passing. It seems like only yesterday we met for the first time in my garage and spent way too much time yakking about how to get your 912 into great shape....

I can't imagine the grief and emptiness that you now feel, it is of precious little comfort, but know that my wife and I will grieve with you.

She was a most fine lady, she will be missed.

Our love and prayers be with you, call us any time and we will do anything we can to help you.

Dennis and Deborah Kalma

It sounds like she led a very full and rewarding life. For that she was blessed as well as those close to her.
I'll mourn your loss and the disease she was forced to fight, but I will also feel envy.
To have someone that close in your life for 43 years is truly a blessing that most will never be able to share.

I pray your feelings of loss will be tempered by knowing how fortunate you were for such a long time and the memories will gradually turn from painful to joyous.
God Bless.
