Fine specimens are a challenging hunt and expensive if you have to purchase them. They taste good when properly cleaned.

Can be baited with mink fur, cowhide, or shiny things.

The barn Wasps here scare the ***** out of me, make me do the stupid dog dance when they launch out at me from crevices...and that makes the baby Jesus smile.

Mosquitos are dragonfly food. Bats and purple martins eat 'em too, but they don't need 'em to survive.

Mosquitos also help keep us humans from over populating the planet and help keep insect repellent manufacturers in bidness.
