I like a good snapper!

I read an article in Men's Health about salmon. Apparently the farm-raised stuff is not nearly as good for you as wild caught, and it also has color (dye) added. Turns out most of the stuff labeled as wild is actually farm raised when DNA testing was done.

So it's not just sushi, but perhaps fish in general.

that's what happens when people have powerful tools available -- I bet there is a lot of fraud out there in the eats biz...
