the worst, by far, is candida albicans. oh, god.... the smell.... the smell....

Some of the fecal coliforms get pretty ripe.... Open up the 37c incubator after 48hrs of growth... yikes!

honestly, you haven't smelled anything until you experience a candida pneumonia. oh, and the airway secretions.

???? That's really not that old for packaged ham that is refrigerated.
