Had a fairly constructive talk with my boss yesterday.
He offered me a new position which actually sounded interesting to me.
The car is still a discussion point but I hope we can work it out. (I just need a little extra more money... :))
I would be preparing constructions projects/site from the office, following them while they are ongoing and improving production where needed.
This would be as righthand/assistant of one of the project managers.
This guy is not the easiest to get along with but not too bad either I guess.
The job is a bit of a step up (without the payraise...) but I welcome the challenge and the fact that I won't have to get up this friggin early anymore and the job is about ten minutes from my house.
I won't be able to post here when I take it though... I'll have to find a solution for that....

2 lanes, i'm left in the "go left" lane
he's in the go straight lane and tried to muscle his way in a gap that wasn't there.

I typically don't respond well to those who try to bully/bluff their way in front of me, thinking i will brake.
(people try that so they can bypass the 400 meter of tjam in that go left lane)

And this numnuts felt confident in his big Hybrid that he would push the little 1 out..
I called his bluff
He pushed himself in.

his RX400 says "i'm done for , tow me home)

Dude threw a temper tantrum in his car, quite funny to watch actually
Insisted that i was in the wrong cause he had the right of way because his blinker was on

He even called the cops , which is pointless, cops don't decide who's right or wrong. insurance companies have to fight it out.
