The Type1 944 is a pain in the back for long trips, if you got a weak lumbar thing going on.
Type2 944's are way better, the seats are a bit higher and it makes all the difference. I'll probably re-enter the Porsche market at some point, and probably it will be a 44.. ideally another 16 Ventiler.. they are just that little bit more fun then a regular 44. |
One of the many things I love about my 911 is the way the seat fits me. I have done over 900 miles (1500K for you metric folks) in one day several times. 12 hours of driving and I feel fine. I can tell you that is how far it is to get to my brother's house in Alabama.
