On the bright side....business gas been surprisingly good....finances are right on track for my goal: im aiming to have the scratch to buy out the two partners in the cigar lounge I frequent that don't actually work there. The partner that works it really wants new partners and the cost was a bit lower than I thought....as long as I stay on track, I'll be able to swing it this time next year...

The current biz has sustained my lifestyle, but its not what I want to do forever and this is a great opportunity to diversify....
