oh, and she really does want me to install the dishwasher in the kitchen afterall.....there was also something about finishing the grouting in the bathroom....

My 5AM ritual of walking the dog was pretty pleasant the morning. In DC you're lucky to see 10 stars in the sky. Light pollution is a lot less at my western outpost (SoCal).
