Rick V 05-28-2012 10:01 AM

Just remember Joe, don't get high on your own supply.

Rick V 05-28-2012 10:06 AM

I feel like crap.
I have a friend who is very anti government, and vocal to a fault about it. Okay I respect his right to his opinions, but I had to just tell him to fkuc off for is cartoon desecration of the flag. Even I have limits to what I will tolerate in the free speech dept, and I am fairly open minded.

Jim Richards 05-28-2012 10:57 AM

That sucks, Rick. Politics can make jerks out of anyone. Just look at PARF.

Rick V 05-28-2012 11:39 AM

I went into parf once, I thought I would never get the smell off of me

Jim Richards 05-28-2012 11:42 AM

Lye and a wire brush?

Rick V 05-28-2012 11:45 AM

Happy B-day, Stijn!

Happy birthday master Stijn.

Whew, I am a little bit tired. We got up at 7:00 so we could go out and do some yard work. Got the hedges trimmed up front, roses fertilized and fired up the gas powered toys at 9:00am. The yard is edged, trimmed & mowed. Then I had to fix two of the sprinkler heads. Those two heads both had to be dug up and raised up several inches. Fortunately the guy that put in the system 15 years ago is a genius, good looking and very modest. It was just a matter of digging them up and getting them into the proper position. Then I spent some time in the garage with the 911. I am ready to head inside and take a shower.

So joe, are you gonna tell us about what you did to feel like crap or are you just gonna keep telling us you are too old to be feeling this type of crap? Or, do you just not remember what you did to feel this crappy? Which would be forgivable. ;)

Rick, sometimes it's not worth your time to argue with some people about certain things. If I realize I am wasting my breath, call it a loss. :) shame though he didn't see your point.

Glen, sounds like a good full day. Better than mine. Guess it depends on how you look at it. I have done absolutely nothing today. Woke up, had several cups of coffee while having an absolutely delightful conversation on the phone. Something I haven't been able to do in a long time. A good day of nothing. :)

Happy Birthday, Stijn. Hope your day is full of some really good nothing. :) Hugs!

Wife tried to fire up the weed whacker with no luck so i give it about 3 tugs and the cord comes out in my hand:rolleyes:
Fix that and get it going hand it off to wifey .....climb on the farm tractor.....click click dead battery:mad: then to top it off the brake light comes on in the pick-up on the way to get gas for all these confounded contraptions.

Happy Birthday Master Stijn.

Rick V 05-28-2012 02:13 PM

Pete, that sounds like one of MY days

GH85Carrera 05-28-2012 03:11 PM

I have steaks marinating almost ready for the grill. They are looking like a good meal tonight.
