Tell Hubby I agree
|
so did any trick or treaters come to your door!!!
We booed a few that came to our door, and scared the bejeezus out of them, some where only little bubbas so cute all dressed up, all had Mums and Dads chaperoning them, good night, at least I didn't run out of candy, kids were so polite, only taking one candy each, in Oz they try to take a handful, maybe because so few homes do the Halloween thing, and here almost every house had candy. |
We had about a hundred kids, It was a slow night being a school night. I live in the only neighborhood for a few dozen miles, so we get a lot of kids
|
we had about the same amount, so polite I was impressed, although I wouldn't like to see them in maybe an hour or so when they have a stomachful of candy, and their parent are trying to get them to clean their teeth and go to bed, hahaha, good luck with that.
My 14 year old wouldn't dress up or go out, although his friends from school came to the door all dressed up, one was dressed up as a suicide bomber, now that's sick, it was well done though, but sick, brave in a largely military neighbourhood!! |
rick, you are cruel. but goddam funny!
|
Rick cruel no way!
|
We did not have one person ring the doorbell. Of course we had all the lights off. Mrs Carrera does not share her chocolate with kids! (or me)

Didn't learn to share huh?
|
Oh she is happy to let me share in the yard work and the work around the house.
|
Is that sharing or making her happy.

Damn those ribs were good.... Already starting to regret eating the whole rack.....

Most of the trick or treaters in my neighborhood are the 8 and under variety with parents. Out of about 15 groups of two or three there was only two older kids. The young kids groups didn't have much candy in their buckets so I assumed they were locals.
My Golden loves to bark at them then poke her nose out the door at the while they are reaching in to grab a snickers out of the bowl. Turned off my lights at 8pm. |
Ya shoulda done something with your foot!

Morning, Rick.
Hang the bucket of candy on it. :D |
Morning Dave. It would have been a great non prop prop
|
With this pixie dust stuff on it, I am afraid of exposing it to cells that would start something weird growing out of the top of my foot. The dust makes whatever cells it is next to regenerate. They are very careful about keeping it sterile.
