Fun night at the speedway. Last meet for the year. The guys and girls really put on a good show. I miss the solo bikes, why are there no solos? Demolition Derby finally was a good show. A couple of old bangers wouldn't give up.

Only problem, a heap of knobs thought they were on a race track when it came to going home :rolleyes::confused::mad::(

Jeff, it was actually in the mid-50s (12-13C) when I snapped that pic. I even saw a few sailboats out on the Potomac River while we were parked there to walk the dog. Not bad for a week into December.

Army are a bunch of sobbing girls, only joking....... except for that guy at the end who fumbled the ball, his career is screwed!!!

Big day today, my son is paying us a short visit for a few days. He can't be with us for Christmas again :(, so it'll be good to see him now. I'm taking an RDO tomorrow to spend the day with him.

Gotta go and get organised to pick him up from the airport. Hooroo for a wee bit. SmileWavy

It's great that you can have a few days with your son, Jeff. We'll get to see our son again when we're back in SoCal after Christmas. We only get to see him a few times per year.

I got to see Sid for a while tonight. It was nice to see him again. Unfortunately I did not get to talk to him much.

Sorry. Chicks dig bikes. At least pretty young single ones, it seems. Lots of attractive attendees, as well. There were a couple waitresses from one restaurant, Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, plugging Ural bikes. What hot, scantily clad girls from an Scottish pub have to do with a Russian motorcycle company I have no idea. But I wasn't complaining. Wanna go check it out sometime, Dave? It's over in Valencia.
