Hey Rick, where do you get bacon that has the eye still on it? I haven't managed to get anything that even remotely looks like piece of bacon in Oz, here I can only get 5hit that is just the tails of the proper bacon piece.

One more trip and this marathon ends for a couple months. Hopefully no service animals this time.

Hey Stijners living over here on the east side, how about a get together mini run somewhere over a weekend in the summer sometime, staying somewhere maybe overnight, having a few drinks, going on a few runs, maybe in the Virginia area, Shenandoah, something like that, what do you think, there are a couple of you living in and around Virginia, and couple like me who could come across from MD, or DC.

any thoughts, plenty of time to save up and plenty of time to plan, just a simple weekend meet and drink, and casual drives.

I know a great day plus run in Western Va and West Va. Sounds like a great Idea Azzy

I just think now that we have a few of us over here, we should get together, we have Seahawk as well, we must be able to organise a get together in the nice summer months, find a nice B&B or hotel, and relax and look good!!:D

Warm springs, Monterey, Lexington are all great places. Paul probably has a place on reserve in Lexington. :)

I could probably day western VA pretty easily, that sounds tempting. I think I owe many of you a beer for the good advice and humor you've provided over the years.

Well, if the east is gonna have a party, we need to represent the west coast. :)

Have to give the others in the eastern side a chance to chime in and go from there, I bow to the Virginians to give pointers on where to go and where to stay, but any time over the school summer holidays would be okay by me. And of course I will fit in with you working full time folk!!

We could meet in Winchester, head down the skyline drive, then head west through West Agusta county over to Monterey, then south to Lexington. That is a solid days drive through some of the most beautiful country on the east coast. We can invade a great mill Beth and I know about in Rockbridge county for dinner and spend the night.
