On my 90 928 GT after getting a new stereo installed it would take the battery out over night. Thought it was something to do with the stereo install but couldn't find anything ...until one night I noticed a small light on under the dash. The latch on the glove box had gotten loose enough that though it looked closed it did not turn of the glove box light. Once found just had to tighten two screws and it was fixed.

I don't know. I haven't had a weekend since we returned from Perth. Sharyn has decided to take Monday off too. I think I'll take her out to lunch.

I'll probably play with the 944. I've got some new rotors to put on her, refirb kits for the calipers and new braided hoses. Probably replace wheel bearings while I'm at it.

Rick V 02-27-2013 04:13 PM

Well just to show you up Jeff I am going to take my two days off and do NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Porsche-poor 02-27-2013 04:16 PM

Make a note Rick is doing nothing this weekend.

Till the wife makes plans or the grand kids do something.

Howdy folks. Drive by post.

Outback Porsche 02-27-2013 04:17 PM

Hehe. I probably do exactly that most of Saturday and Sunday - the Clipsal 500 (and it's the first race of the season) is this weekend, so I'll be finding a comfy spot on the couch in front of the idiot box.

Our government is stupid... Listening to the low down from hubs on the sequestration.

Mrs. Noah got a text today from another mother in my daughter's kindergarten class. "Is this true?" asked the text. Attached was a picture of a hand-drawn invitation my daughter made for a birthday sleepover/slumber party. Apparently she made three invitations at school yesterday and handed them to three of her closest friends. At the age of 5, they can just make out the 26 letters of the alphabet, let alone spell. Well, she tries to spell, at least. It's rather phonetic.

Not something she's cleared with us (as parents), BTW. But she probably figured she has time, as her birthday's not for another 5 months.

Porsche-poor 02-27-2013 04:26 PM

5 months.....well dad how about it?

Rick V 02-27-2013 04:27 PM

Bwahahahahahahaha
You are gong to have a very rough time with that one. :D

Porsche-poor 02-27-2013 04:29 PM

We're having a bunch of 6y/os over for the kids birthday.. A decision ill likely regret. Don't underestimate kindergarteners... Mine is reading/spelling and picked up multiplication somewhere.

Porsche-poor 02-27-2013 04:41 PM

but will you live to regret it? I am so glad my boys have out grown the at home b-day thing.
Thomas had to go to the water park. Connor will probably want a trip to guitar center to put a dent in my wallet.

Jferr006 02-27-2013 04:49 PM

I wish I could just give him a few hundred(which is what is always ends up costing) ILO actually having a party... My time will come though.

Porsche-poor 02-27-2013 04:50 PM

yep we have hit the parents are not cool stage with one. at least till he needs wheels to get some place....

Jferr006 02-27-2013 04:53 PM

Mine still love me and cant get enough of me for now... I'm going to shrivel up and die when they no longer want to be around me. The irony.
