He called me about an hour later when he got out of court, he said I did the right thing but he is very upset.

I know how he feels. And you too, not a nice thing to have to do. But you can't let them suffer either.

That is never an easy decision.

Funny thing is my neighbor found this dog on a bridge a decade or so, when he was too young to be away from the mother. She fed him with a bottle until he was big enough, then looked for a home.
I told dad about the dog and when they met the dog peed on him, marking his territory. :)

Welcome back, Azzy. I went to Vegas a few years ago, didn't care for it but, probably going back in the fall.

Evening all! The little one head butted daddy and daddy lost his tooth over it. His new one should be be ready next week :) I knew there was a reason I have dental AND accident insurance.

evening Janet, wasn't too fussed on Vegas, but the interiors of the Casino's and decor was definitely worth a look, the Bellagio decor was my favourite, although we stayed at the Venetian and I liked that as well.

There is a Bob Segar song about pulling up at the great divide at the Rocky Mountains. The line is something like "I could go east or I could go west and it was all up to me to decide." I have been there an done that.

I did that on the eastern divide on N.C.

My mom had to make that call about my Lab last summer. I got her when I was young... Was very hard for us both :(

Putting my 17 yo (bestests buds companion from 6wks) down was harder than when my father passed. She was so well behaved went with and was welcome everywhere I went. Still get a little verclempt thinking about her. The golden i have now, meh, just a dog.

I did that one too. When I drove the 911 to Charleston SC it did the dragon's tail. The eastern divide was nice.
