Evening Y'all
Well after realizing I made a bad mistake by taking the MLS off the house over the holiday I re-instated it today. I am very very mad at myself for not looking a little further into the future and realizing the interest rates are going to go up very soon. I am usually very good at the interest game and I just over looked it from the buyers point since we will be paying cash for our new place.
As for Pete's missing finger, he never mentioned it and when I met him we threw hands out and I got a rather rude shock shaking his hand. That's how Pete rolls. :)

Ahh another one in the books.

Frickin' 87 degrees today. When is it going to cool down and get wet?

Its a solid 10ft car. I can find flaws in nearly every panel, but then again I can find flaws in a new car. I like the color.

I am just not a fan of open cars. I prefer a coupe. But that is just personal preference.

I like the look of the new one but that top is a nightmare waiting to happen.

Looks like the top works like the Cab and Boxster only with the window in the cowl to me. A lot better than the sliding glass thing from before.

Liking this cool weather - 26C and localised tropical storms.

I dunno...I think the earlier targa with the sliding glass panel is much nicer. I would own one before I'd own one of the hoop-style targas. YMMV

I don't think we'll ever see -26 in my lifetime Jim, but the current weather conditions here are looking like our best chance in a long while for the old river to flow. About bloody time too. ;)
