Ugh. Kobayashi out. Too bad. He always had the greatest banzai passing maneuvers.

Morning Y'all.
Isn't mother nature just the sweetest? She is bring me snow to drive through tomorrow. That psycho old bi**h needs to get her menopause on and be done with her grouchy attitude.

Oh joy. Neurotic SIL is supposed to bug out tomorrow (Monday) AM, but the s&#* is supposed to start this evening. If her flight is cancelled...I'm not sure I can another day of her here. :(

I'll be up there tomorrow evening, you can crash at the Hampton if ya want.

Buffers make it much easier to even everything out. Especially if you are working on swirls and oxidation.

Looks like the F1 rules shake up did it's job. They should have kept 8 cylinders just for the sound though.

Was happy the weather was nice Friday since it was one of the very few times I actually went to the office. So glad I started working from home before they started putting everyone in cubicles instead of actual offices. Wouldn't be so bad, but their idea of cubicles are glass from about a foot above your desk to only 5 foot. Very noisy.

Morning folks.

Watching F1. Amazing results. Cool.

Well the kid passed the driving test yesterday. He has to wait 3 weeks till he is 16. Went and got him a car today. I'm probably doomed.

porsche4life 03-16-2014 02:03 PM

What'd you get for him?

Porsche-poor 03-16-2014 02:08 PM

Toyota rav4

Rick V 03-16-2014 03:46 PM

What no 911 for the kid?

azzarule 03-16-2014 03:51 PM

license for the 16 year old, that reminds me I have to get onto the Embassy for my son's Department of State approval for him to get his license, Yeah you heard right Department of State, jeezzzuzzz, I hate red tape.

Rick V 03-16-2014 04:08 PM

Can't be any worse than regular DMV

It might actually be better.

azzarule 03-16-2014 06:04 PM

it is worse, and then we go to the DMV and do all of that 5hit! That's just to get permission from the Embassy and the Dept of State to do the test etc.

azzarule 03-16-2014 06:08 PM

I was lucky, I had the loophole of the reciprocal agreement between France and the State of Maryland that I could hand over my French License to get a Maryland License, but David didn't have a license back then.

It has something to do with needing a Social, or some assumed right to permanent residency, or getting a Government Issued form of identification that might be used incorrectly, or some bull**** like that.

sounds like an excellent excuse to not let him drive until he is 18.... :)

azzarule 03-16-2014 06:49 PM
