Totally awesome car. I think it's ironic that you can FB while driving, but not watch a YouTube vid, but....

For a car that's a touch over #4,500, it's scary fast when you stomp the go pedal. The regenerative braking is a kick as well. Over here, making a right turn when all is clear means no foot on the brake. <- the brake light comes on when you let off real fast.

Charging it is a bit of a pain.... I can't where I live, so will have to duck into the Camry here and there.

The company I work for has both a Testla S Roadster and the Sedan. Think they sold the sedan. Use the roadster to help promote a new product. They also have a Shelby Super Snake Convertible and a 57 Thunderbird they are trying to sell. They bought them when car prices were high and want way too much for them. They had a Beck Speedster with a 914 motor in it, but don't know if the sold it or not. The Super Snake needs someone to tune it that knows what they are doing, the power comes on so strong and low you can't touch the gas pedal without spinning the rear tires. It is undriveable.

Good Morning.

One good thing about the morphsuit, it hides the veranda that's over the tool shed. :)

Morning all. Lets hope today is better than yesterday. Migraines suck the life out of you.

Had a friend that was special forces. He would put on his blackout sniper gear, get on his roof and plink neighborhood strays. He went to "conferences/schools" that lasted 1 to 4 months at a time had a cover job at the local Air Force base.

Don't want to repeat some of the stories he of things he and his group did when they weren't on duty. Sure glad the military has a place for guys like that so they can get that out of their system.

Just thought it was a good opportunity to post some camel toe, not even interested in finding a shot of moosekniuckle.

Looks like part number 911-110-934-00 is my main problem. Wrench found one online somewhere so I should have the car back by Tuesday.

People accept that style around here. I once walked into a gas station to grab something to drink dressed similar and forgot there was a sidearm open carried on my hip. The person inside didn't bat an eye. When I buckled back up I realized what I had just done.

Okay I live in a town with zero stoplights, maybe half a dozen stop signs and more cattle than people. Mayberry RFD.
As for ever having a busy day Brent, the only days I have that are busy are the ones that end in Y.

Sounds like our area. We just have the one town in the whole county with stoplights. The towns we live next to have 1200, 2000, 900 for a population. The next county over has very little industry and taxes are twice what we pay. I am not sure that county has a stoplight at all. My wife went to a high school with 5000 students. It was culture shock for her that you didn't have to lock the doors at the local gas station or grocery store and if it was hot you could keep the car running with the A/C on while you paid for your gas.

I was referring to the stick Rick when asking about a busy day as he seems to have to post any time of day. Your relaxing days seem to come during the 13th month of the year or the 33rd day of the month.

Since I work from home AND take care of 94 yo Mom with Alzheimer's there is no telling when I will do anything. Gave up even trying to keep any kind of regular hours.

Does the climate control work well? I always thought it would be a good fit for my driving at less than 40 miles round trip most of the time. Grocery shopping would be the same. Long trips we could take the truck and have some extra room and spend the gas we save on my commute.

How roomy is the car?

Morning Jeff.

Evening Y'all
Well to continue the drama at work of the exploded trans, they are still insisting they are going to take money from me, I introduced them to some modern math. They require everyone to sign a contract of insurance deductible as a condition of employment...........OOPS that is against The Code of Va, the fine for this is 5k. Now we have 350 active employees in this company, and if you multiply 5K X 350 you get 1,750,000. (that would be dollars)
I didn't lay my plans out but I did remind them that their actions are against the law and asked if they were really really really sure they wanted to do this, I took the lack of an answer as a yes, so off went the emails, and phonecalls. Time to play ball...........hardball. Gawd sometimes I love being me.
Best part is they also can not fire me for sticking up for my rights, I truly hope they do, I love a good fight.
