Good morning folks.

Hi Glen.

Morning Gents...and I use that term lightly ;)

6 accidents on my 32 mile commute this morning, but of only 2 varieties.

1: The common and always inviting, 3-car rearender...there were 4 of these within a 3 mile stretch.

2: The tricky, wild, spirit dampening snow bank suck-in to a rollover maneuver...there were 2 of these.

As we passed, Jr Saucy and I performed deep guttural chuckles, sipped our morning beverages and continued our adventure.

Sounds like traffic around here.....we have the perfect storm of really old people that shouldn't be anywhere near a car, young morons in riced out Dodge neons....and Marines...
The tow truck companies here make stupid money

Sounds like my commute.... I almost tripped on hotwheel on the way down the stairs!

My commute this morning was real heavy traffic. I bet there were at least 7 cars in just the first 4 miles of driving. The school bus at the 4 way stop took his sweet time to get across the intersection and slowed me up 5 or 6 seconds.

It is farther from my bed to the toilet than it is to the desk chair in my home office.

The only risk of accident is if I left my shoes in the middle of the floor, or the new hazzard...a cute little puppy named Pepper.

Just finished Lunch and she slept under my chair the whole time I was eating. We are working on learning her name, come, and potty training. Only one indoor incident since she got home at 7pm last night.

Rick, the puppy pic is a jpeg file, and I also posted it on facebook.

RKDinOKC 02-04-2015 01:39 PM

Can't see through the gooo....

RKDinOKC 02-04-2015 02:03 PM

Oh man, it is getting a LOT colder outside. Figures, since this is the week of taking puppy outside for potty training!

Evening Y'all,
Pepper's pics are here tonight, I guess my computer needed some coffee before it could do everything.
The flying laptop is back at work where it belongs, it is my work mule, the home flying is just a secondary operating system

Many accidents during Mondays storm here. 4 of them took out state plow trucks. The state has several cameras that monitor traffic. One of them on the interstate ( in the worst of the storm) had the average vehicle speeds at 68mph:rolleyes:

Rick V 02-04-2015 05:44 PM

But they have four wheel drive yanno

pete3799 02-04-2015 05:55 PM

Zackly........

HHI944 02-04-2015 06:52 PM

Well, the pup had a little too much energy.....so, I chased her around the house with the RC truck..... It was hilarious!

pete3799 02-05-2015 12:35 AM

Time to rearrange some snow flakes.
