My t-shirt today is from the Oklahoma City Zoo. It was from when they first opened the big cat exhibit.

Just left the office. Time to start working on retirement training.

Outback Porsche 07-01-2015 02:16 PM

Have fun Jim. I have a three week retirement training course in four weeks time.

ah ha ha ha. As part of the Online Exchange migration the powers that be had me switch our spam filter over to the one supplied by Microsoft with Exchange Online. We were using a Barracuda Appliance. Usually I get one or two spam messages in my inbox and 25 or so quarantined. Today with the Microsoft antispam I got 25 in my inbox and only 2 in my Junk folder. Pretty much the opposite. Exactly what everyone except the Microsoft reseller said would happen.

Stijn!!

But, but but Microsoft is all knowing and our friend! I can't do green text on my iPhone.

Awww. But you look so cute in that photo!

I got to wear pajamas to work today.

Morning Rick, how do you like your steak?

Rick V 07-02-2015 02:19 AM

Just waive a match under it and it's done, it should still be kicking and mooing.
Evening Jeff

Medium rare, with a couple of eggs over medium, and potatoes or grits. Should go well with my coffee. Mmmmm.

Morning, y'all SmileWavy

ckelly78z 07-02-2015 04:07 AM

MMMmmmm, definately medium rare on the steak after a dry rub of herbs and spices. A big well done sweet potatoe with butter and brown sugar, a loaf of homade bread, and a ceaser salad. Wash it down with a few of your favorite brews, and you've got a good night.

Outback Porsche 07-02-2015 04:20 AM

It was some real good aged rump, medium rare with a 'shroom sauce, tater bake, steamed carrots and peas. Now sitting around a cheese a fruit platter and vitamin W. :D

Morning gents SmileWavy

RKDinOKC 07-02-2015 04:49 AM

Good Morning.

Steak...Lets see, rub on both sides with some fresh thyme, a clove of garlic, and some coarse ground black pepper. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on it and toss on a hot grill searing both sides, then turn the fire down a little and cook a couple of minutes each side to medium rare. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes with a few pats of butter on top. Well..it was good for lunch yesterday.

Good Friday-like-day everyone. Since most of us don't work tomorrow this is feeling like Friday.

Dogs are funny creatures of habit and routine. Of course they likely think that about us. Normally in the mornings we close a gate at the door of the laundry room to keep them out of the rests of the house when we leave for work. We always gave them a treat for turning themselves in to be locked up. They have a doggie door and access to the side yard and can go out whenever they want. Now that Mrs Carrera is staying home they just go back to their bed on the floor in our bedroom. Of course they are both hanging out at the gate waiting for the treat that is DUE to them since I am leaving for work. ;)
