We got the turkey boned or actually de-boned. It is a smoked turkey and a few pieces somehow ended up in my mouth. It is pretty tasty. Ready to get the rest of the meal tomorrow.

I do believe I should have bought a bigger bird. Ours is 14 pounds. A couple more relatives are coming now that weren't originally. I think we should have 15 or so or dinner.

Hope they like other stuff besides turkey!

I have two turkeys brining. I'll smoke both of them and a ham tomorrow. Should have plenty of leftovers. :D
