Big fail. I set a client up with a backup program yeas ago. At the time they did not work on weekends at the office, so no backups were done Sat/Sun. Now the office manager is putting in time on the weekend. She modified a doc yesterday, managed to overwrite what she did, today. I try to restore, I can only restore from Friday. Nope. She lost an hours worth of work.

Now the question is.... Am I to blame? Did I fall short on my responsibilities? Can I charge for my time today. Sometimes, it is better to work for someone else.

You set it up for what was required at the time. They made the schedule changes, yes you can charge. Unless this woman is attractive then you can make "other" arrangements
