Very pedagogic. I suppose there are some people that donīt know what a bear look like.

Shaun @ Tru6 08-27-2009 12:48 PM

THe cardboard model really helped clarify how the bear got away. They really need to start using carboard mocks of things so I can understand better:)

My Dad had a black bear break into the house a couple weeks ago while he was in it. Damn thing took a huge dump in the middle of the hall, broke open a bottle of Kettle One, and ripped into a can of protien mix. Apparently bears and Frat Boys share many things in common.

I agree. It's one thing to have a stupid cardboard cutout to represent what the bear probably looked like when it was just standing there. I thought it was just too cheesy at that point.

It's an entirely different matter when you can see how he escaped into the woods. I was transfixed - taken to a magical place where you can see an actual bear actually escaping into the actual woods.

I need a moment...

We see them all the time up here, they usually go the other way from humans. We're not talking grizzlies. What's the big deal, they will rummage through the garbage and move to the next house. More of a pest than anything else.

Some really like bird feeders!

I thought the "chipmunk" interview was pretty clever, though.

gt350mike 08-27-2009 07:34 PM

Hell, I thought someone started a thread on Bear Bryant......

M.D. Holloway 08-27-2009 07:59 PM

All news should be that good...

legion 08-27-2009 08:08 PM

Against my best judgment, for the second time in my life, I clicked on a link on the Internet that simply said "bear".

The first time was much worse.
