So...RE: Orton/Denver offense, I kept hearing the echo of John Madden--"The short passes are fine--but at some point you have to go down the field."

This is wher Orton does not seem to have the arm.I can't argue with the record--and the Broncos are a better team this year than last, but imagine this Bronco team with Cutler....Old news--but I will always argue trading away a franchise QB.

Orton works hard and is a team guy and all--but eventually the bloom is off the rose and long term, you are just not better without a franchise QB.

Sorry. I guess I mean they are a team that wins so much, backlash starts developing (Although Lendaddy has something in his DNA that hates the Steelers. He must be a lifetime Cowboy's fan). People get tired of seeing them win and want another team to be in the limelight. I completely understand the anti-Steeler sentiment based on how much I hated the Pat's when they used to be good. I am just waiting to hear what ref's were involved in determining last nights outcome. Or wait, The NFL is in cahoots with the Rooneys. I can't keep my message board propaganda straight.:D

Nice video about Rocky Bleier. Not only a great Veterans day article, but it shows a lot about the Steeler organization and why us Steeler fans view them just a little differently then others, starting with their owners. They kept this guy on the team for years to rehab and finally start when he was 29. Amazing.

Aome guy on the radio said becasue he has local ties + the Roony's know his Dad I guess. There is no way. To bad he turned out to be a toad.

I also heard when Rocky was in the hospital wondering if he'd ever walk again Art sent him a telegram saying the team needed him, to get better and that gave him the incentive to rehab. Looking forward to seeing the vid thanks! (Now we need to work on the Pens ;)
