2010 was a great year. Got back into my college era jeans and stayed there. I am sticking with this "paleo" thing.

I fell off the wagon in October when I lost my job. Put on 15 lbs in two and one half months. Got back on the wagon Jan 1 and joined the 2011 PPOT Weight Loss Challenge. Hoping for 20 lbs loss for 2011.
