You gotta put some Nill's on that bad boy Rick. :)
Anyway, for the money, a PSP is about as much gift as you can possibly get for a spoon lover. It is an absolutely tremendous world class completely unique pistol that is almost universally admired and sought after. Get yourself one too. Once these police trade ins all get bought up, that's it...the gun is out of production. In 10-15-20 years these spoons will be worth more and more. Retail in shops people already pay $900 for a mint PSP, i've seen 'em do it. |
Not a wood grip fan. And I sold both of those long ago. If it looks like P7's are gonna dry up again, I'll grab another. I bought and sold that hard chromed one at the top of the market, literally a week or two before a new batch of police turn-ins flooded the US market.

Custom
You guys are talking about Custom guns, and factory engraving. I'm very interested in this avenue, but know nothing about what you are talking about. Can you enlighten me? This sounds like a very cool way to go. Will this push me into a whole other level of price?
Love the ideas by the way. I can always count on you guys to be creative. |
(these are not mine)
Another level.... http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e2...p/DSCN5163.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e26/shermanp/aad.jpg http://i36.photobucket.com/albums/e26/shermanp/aac.jpg |
A P7 at CDNN in exc. condition is $600 according to Rick. (Way more retail)
Add in $150 for Nill grips if you want them, and perhaps $250 for a top flight finish. If you want one for both of you, multiply by 2. Here's my P7 with factory bluing and Nill grips, before i added the optics. You could get one just like this for about $750: http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...P7PSPNill0.jpg And about $1000 if you want it hard chromed or Np3'd or whatever. |
Alright, I like that spoon more better;)
Off to search. Quote:

Good luck! I LOVE my P7 PSP!
It's the single most accurate pistol i have ever shot. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...holepsprt1.jpg Corbon 115gr JHP +P+, 10 yards. The above pic is how a P7 PSP looks in factory guise. You can get nill grips here: http://mactec-militaryarms.com/nill-grips-hk.html http://mactec-militaryarms.com/p7psp_nills.jpg http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...FastfireII.jpg Mine as it sits today |
The name of the company that does the REALLY nice hard chroming and re-engraving is Ford's.
Check out this P7 M8 slide they did in a matte black: BEFORE: http://i45.tinypic.com/orjfxt.jpg AFTER: http://i50.tinypic.com/1g3ih2.jpg Forgive me while I show off my P7M8 SD - HKPRO Forums I think this is Ford's website: http://www.crosbydemo.com/index.html |
