A public apology
 

It seems that through the course of a string of jokes, I without thinking made a post that upset a friend on this board. There was no excuse except for not thinking. I am not going to name the thread or the person I upset but I am going to say I am sorry. I simply did not realize, at the time, that wounds can still be fresh. Please accept my sincere apology.

Very big of you, but spit happens. I would hope that your friend is big enough to understand that.

You're one of the nicest guys on this forum anyway.

At least there is no plaid or lint involved.

I too am guilty of being inconsiderate, not on purpose, I did not think further than the moment.
I hope my apologies will be accepted and that we can continue our journey again, with a complete team.

its a tough crowd here sometimes. group hugs are always the norm......well most times anyway.

it's the worst when you offend a truly good person. did this recently on a religious thread and felt like quite a piece of crap over it. i tend to spout off a bit first and think later (i know, i know...you all are like 'no way, not you!') and it costs me sometimes.

a giant Pelican get together would help us all remember just how human each of us really is.

I don't think I've offended anyone on this forum, but I would ike to jump in the apology line, 'cause I know, in the future, I'll say something stupid or offensive without thinking it thru at the time I type. So......Sorry.

Fortunately, being the kind of person I am, I have never offended anyone. :D
