Sids Going on a trip!
 

I've got one final and then I am going on a little trip for my Cert dives.... :)

I'll be leaving Wednesday and heading over to Lake Tenkiller. The university has land there and I will camping with the rest of the class there.... Will dive Thursday and Friday and then head up to Tulsa to spend time with some family and have breakfast with Javadog and his cronies on Saturday...
Hopefully I will be taking the '44. Won't know for sure till I hit the road though....

Got lost on the dark mountain roads last night but I made it! Knocked out a dive this am. Doing one or two more this afternoon

You are forking crazy... I dove that lake years ago and its REALLY, REALLY cold on the surface, then it gets worse as you go deeper. Its May... not August and the water has not had time to warm up much.

Your willie will retract into your body and if you are lucky it might come out in a day or three.

I have never shaved my legs, pits, our any part of my body except to trim my beard.

Joe I had two wet suits on. It was cold!!!! Worst temp we saw was down around 45ft. Right around 50f. Brrrr!

Then you sure have not been in any real competitive racing then have you ! While I hated doing it, you realize that it helps and its worth it.

I warned you! Hope mr. Johnson came out of his hiding place after a day or three. Lake diving is not fun much of the time, especially in May with all the spring run-off coming down.

Ok.... There is a rough estimate of miles... obviously I drove back from B to A tonight as well... When I was leaving tulsa I called and my mom was visiting my grandparents that were camping up at that lake so I went there on the way home... I made it from the East edge of tulsa to there in under 3hrs.....I averaged over 90 on one stretch.... I figure with driving around at the dive site and getting back home and all that I did around 700 miles this trip... It was amazing.... Lots of time with just me. I really got to clear my head. I am totally hooked on diving.... I had a rather bad first dive... More about that later....
