Elvis was full of s***

Literally.

FOXNews.com - EXCLUSIVE: Elvis Presley's Doctor Claims He Died of an 'Embarrassing' Case of Chronic Constipation

Quote:

According to Dr. Nick, the autopsy revealed that Presley’s colon was 5 to 6 inches in diameter (whereas the normal width is 2 to 3 inches) and instead of being the standard 4 to 5 feet long, his colon was 8 to 9 feet in length.
...
“It was really a physiological problem. During the last few years we were going back and comparing pictures, some of them were taken just two weeks a part but he looked like he’d gained 20 pounds when the only difference was that he had a good healthy bowel movement and then lost a lot of weight from that,” Dr. Nick explained. “Usually you pass it all in two or three days, but at the autopsy we found stool in his colon which had been there for four or five months because of the poor motility of the bowel.”
Wow. Not a pleasant problem to have.

Coffee.

Twisted Tea and mexican pizza for problems.

a 5 or 10 mile ride on a bicycle usually takes care of that.

Considering all the drugs that he had been taking, being constipated is a given.

A fairly good friend of mine is dying of cancer right now. She had breast cancer 2-3 years ago but thought she had won the battle. Six months ago she started having stomach problems. We did not push and she did not elaborate. She once again headed for the hospital and ended up coming out with more cancer meds.

A month ago she took a turn for the worse and finally went back in the hospital for more testing. The scan this time was a better one and showed a almost total blockage between the stomach and intestine. She later told us that she had not had a BM for about 3 months. Nothing was getting from the stomach to the intestines, so no output.

Sad thing is that in blocking off the lower part of her system the medications did not get past her stomach and have been more or less worthless all of this time. Its past time where medications can do any good and she is now home with hospice care. She has less than a month to live we are told. She is 59 years old...

Ladies and gents, anytime you do not go for more than a day or two without a BM, something is wrong and it needs to be corrected.

Unless, of course, you're taking narcotics- they can cause all sorts of issues in that region that'll usually clear up once you go for a day or two without the meds. Some other meds, too . . .
