Because one is a joke and the other is a violent threat to kill someone.
One was MEANT as a joke, the other was MEANT to be serious and a threat. milt wasn't joking when he said that, although I seriously doubt he's be capable of carrying it out. Some of us are better suited for combat than others.
Like i said I've met milt, he didn't strike me as the big bad violent type. I'd say his threat was nothing more than flexing his internet muscles.
