If you have ever been held up by a guy dancing in traffic purely for the purpose of creating a traffic jam, you would think it is funny.

I see the stupidity. Unfortunately for the life of me I can't figure out why he was dancing into traffic. He should not have been there and should have been ticketed by a LEO for his illegal behavior. Because of his stupidity the guy driving the truck will probably get fired, charged w/ some kind of driving infraction and also be sued by some friggin lame ass lawyer.
