Interesting.

Don't think it'll hold up in court and if it does and sets a precedent they'll just use the readings as probable cause to force a blood test.

Likely - when I worked in a pizza joint the old dough would smell like booze. We'd have to throw it out at that point, as the yeast had consumed all the sugars and died, and the stuff would bake up bitter and flat.
